Returning a product

Are your Birkenstocks not right for you or are they faulty? The shoe size is not correct, etc.? No problem, you can return your purchases from Belgium or Luxembourg within 14 days of receipt.

You can return your package from Belgium or Luxembourg within 14 days of receiving the package. Just follow the returns procedure and complete the form provided for this purpose. We take care of the refund upon receipt of your package. Items bought during promotions or sales can also be returned.
How will I be reimbursed if I return something?

We process the refund using the payment method used when making the purchase. For a payment made by bank transfer, please state the account number into which the amount will be paid.

Can I exchange my purchase?

You may exchange your purchase provided stocks are available. You may exchange an item only in return for an identical item in a different size. If you want to exchange your item for a different colour or model, we would recommend that you return the item using the same carrier of your choice and place a new order on line.

Complete the returns form to request an exchange. You may then return your package. We shall send you the new item on receipt of the package.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You will be reimbursed

You have the right to notify us that you are cancelling your purchase without any penalty or having to give reasons within 14 working days from the day after delivery. If all the conditions required are met, we will arrange a refund or an exchange.

Refund terms

Refunds will be made within 14 days at the latest from when the right to withdraw is exercised. However, if the product being returned has not been received within the period of 14 days, the refund will be postponed until you have sent us proof that you have returned the package.

Would you like to return or exchange an item? No problem, you can return your purchases from Belgium or Luxembourg within 14 days of receipt as follows:

1. Completing the returns form

To return or exchange an item, complete the form to notify us of your decision.

2. Preparing the package

Prepare items to return, without having used them, with their original packaging and labelling.

Products must be in the same condition as they were when they were received, including their packaging. We shall not, in any circumstances, accept or refund a product which has been used, worn, damaged, washed, damaged or soiled by the customer or the packaging of which has been damaged. It is important to close the package properly.

3. Returning the package

Drop off your package with a carrier of your choice and send it to the address below:

4. Managing returns and refunds

Once the product has been received in our depot, we check that the terms and conditions set out above have been observed and we will then reimburse you for your purchase.

The shipping costs relating to the return of the product are at your expense, except in the case of a proven defect; in which case your return is eligible for reimbursement of return costs on presentation of the receipt from the carrier used.
